Today is Thursday, and for any of you that read my blog on a regular basis you know how I love Thursdays! On most Thursdays I can hang out in my pajamas all day sewing if I choose to! So today I cut out a few projects and made 3 more sets of pacifier leashes and bags for my shop. It's kinda nice being a lazy pajama-wearing domestic goddess sometimes :)
And last night I finished a small cross stitch project I've been working on for a blogger friend who is going through a hard time right now. It never ceases to amaze me how something so simple as "Count your many blessings" can bring my attitude right back around to where it should always be.
Even on a bad day, I am blessed beyond measure.
what a great Cross Stitch! Yes so much to be thankful for! Love the PJ day idea... (not sure my co-workers would understand if I showed up in mine)
ReplyDeletegood job!!!
ReplyDeleteI just can't hang in my jamjams all day...I know, I know....something must be wrong with me! LOL
Beautiful cross stitch. I too count my blessings when things get me down.
ReplyDeleteI love pj day. Did it on Saturday. Rainy days are the best pj days.
ReplyDeleteWe all need to count our blessings more often.

Love the projects! Especially the 'buckaroo'. Great job on all of them and great reminder about how we need to count our blessings... Thank you! :)
ReplyDeleteTotally true. We need to stop and reflect on how God blesses us.
ReplyDeleteI hope you are adding bookmarks like those to your Etsy shop. They would make terrific gifts for my reading co-workers. About 5-6 of us trade books and I would like to bless them with one of your works of art.
Speaking of blessings; you are one. Your creativity and willingness to share your knowledge has totally blessed me. Keep hanging out in your jammies; it looks like you do some of your best work on Thursdays :-)!
Lovely cross stitch and thank you for the reminder that we all need to remember our blessings and praise God for them everyday!
ReplyDeleteThe cross stitch is lovely and will make someone's day. It's always nice to be reminded of the blessings we have.
