Hard to believe that it's already April.
Does time go by faster the older you get?
It sure seems that way to me.
Anywho.....
thought I'd share a few finishes with you.
The first one is a LK Flip-it #F24 May.
I changed out the colors to make it a bit more vibrant.
Don't you just love that little snail charm?
Then I finished #2 in the Little House Needleworks
"Sheep Virtues" series.
I can't wait for #3 to arrive!
I just HAD to add red.
After all....it is my signature color :)
And now I'm on to a new little LK chart.
So what are YOU working on??????
a blog hop and two quilts
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the snail :-)! Your cross stitching always looks 'sew' neat and perfect. I love to see your creations.
ReplyDeleteI am working on bookmarks, tea wallets and tissue holders for my aunt Chris' celebration of mothers at her church on Mother's Day. I found the cutest ribbon for the bookmarks at Joann's. It says faith, hope and love in gold. The ribbon makes me really happy :-)!
Snaily is having a delicious little carrot snack :D It's snowing outside right now - if he were here, he'd need to put on an extra shell for warmth --- brrrrrr!
ReplyDeleteToday I'm working on zigzag edging then preshrinking some fabrics I bought for some project kits ... plus I have an iPad bag to finish. If I have time, I want to cut out some "cousin bibs" for a g-nephew's first birthday in a couple of weeks. I made 4 bibs for his twin sister using my youngest son's worn-out work jeans [hence the "cousin" aspect :)], so now I need to make bibs for Massimo as well :D
Wonderful finishes Karen! I'm working on LK's 6 Fat Men and contemplating starting another project too. Not sure which one yet. :)
ReplyDeleteLooks great!
ReplyDeleteYour sheep looks GREAT!! I made that one recently - one of them has light fabric and the colors don't pop like yours does. The other one I tea dyed and it looks better but still not as vibrant!! Love it!!
ReplyDeletelove the wee snail :) and the sheeps virtue is lovely too ... have just stitched that friendship one but I changed the colours slightly too , hopefully will be up on my blog later ..lol
ReplyDeletelove mouse xxxxxx
Great finishes, I love the Sheep Virtue finish
ReplyDeleteLove the red you added to the sheep and the little snail is so cute.
ReplyDeleteYes time just flies by.
Teresa's Heartfelt Stitches
