Lovely little "x" s

"Cottage Welcome" by the Cricket Collection
I hope you all had a lovely Memorial Weekend!
I don't have any military family,
but I am so thankful to all those who so bravely serve
(past and present) our country!!!

We spent a quiet weekend at home with the fam :)
Monday the hubs and I had a pajama jam day.
We slept late,
had a big breakfast and watched movies in our jammies.
It was devine!
Actually he watched movies and I stitched :)
I've made some great progress on the Cottage Welcome
and last week I finished "Courage"
which is #4 in the Sheep Virtues collection.
I can't wait for #5 to arrive.
I'm hoping the mailman brings it today :)
So what are you working on?

  3. I love your stitching; it is virtually perfect :-)!

Reginald and I copied you and Jose; Monday was a total jammie and movie day! I worked on cutting out the stuff for my new project and practicing my backstitch for this project. It was a totally terrific day :-)!

  4. Waiting to see all of those aprons, bags, etc. that you cut out last week!!! "Cottage Welcome" is my favorite. I used to do alot of needlework....not so much now. My mom made a beautiful sampler many years ago. It is now my daughter's....something to truly treasure from her departed grandmother.

  5. Hi, I just wanted to say I am your newest follower and I found you through blog hopping recently.
I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed going back thru your older posts and seeing your sweet family and everything that you make. You are one talented woman and it seems like we have a lot in common. I hope you'll pop over sometime and visit me. Wished we lived closer, I'm sure we'd be good friends!

Have a great day and thanks for all the inspiration!!

    Hugs,
    Tanya
