Long time no see....

Wow!
Has it really been since June?
I'm not even really sure if anyone reads this blog anymore.
I haven't had time to blog in quite a while.
My little etsy shop has turned into
a full time job.
I've been super busy sewing every single day.
It's a wonderful problem to have :)
This morning I actually took some time off
to sew something for myself.
I had recently finished this adorable
cross stitch piece.
It's the Dutch Doll by CrossStitchObessesion.etsy.com

I stitched her 1 over 1 on 28ct Jobelan so that she would
be small enough to use on a project bag.
I ordered this darling Dutch Tile fabric from Holland (HannahsCottonShop.etsy.com)
and I've been waiting for the chance to put it all together.

Now I have the perfect project bag to take with me
when I'm away from home.

Let me know what you are working on.
I'd love to hear from you!

  3. You're in my blogreader so your posts show up when published :) Congratulations on your wonderful problem - I"m sure it's keeping you busy - especially at this time of the year! Not surprisingly, I'm working on Christmas gifts :D Up now are Retreat bags for the ladies in my family. I recently finished a beaver gift set (stuffy, hand puppet and book) and caterpillar gift set (stuffy, bibs, DVD + book) for some sibling great nephews :) When the Retreats are done I'm doing Shark Week pouches for some nieces (to tuck in the Retreat bags, lol) :D Many plans in the works, and lots of fabric to sew them with! ;)
