I feel so blessed to be able to do what I love.

The bonus has been 

that through my love for sewing

I have met some incredibly talented women.

Michelle is one of those talented women for sure!

She asked me if I would make her a bag 

made from her new fabric line.

Of course I said YES!!!

It's like opening a new box of crayons

when I get to play with new fabrics.

She sent this amazingly delicate hand stitched lace.

Gorgeous right?

And the little birds on this print are just adorable :)

It's hard to pick a favorite from this line.

I love them all!

When I was finished with the artwork

by the incredible Michelle Palmer,

I had to keep going,

so I decided to make some pins 

out of wool felt.

I have to admit,

I'm a bit obsessed with this gingerbread man.

Sometimes things just turn out even cuter

than I imagined.

I'm in love.......

When I stumbled across this adorable fabric

by Robert Kaufman that is out of print,

I knew I had to snag it.

I've looked high and low to find more

but so far, no luck.

I asked Cherise to make the matching fob

and she also made this adorable frogger!

It's so cute it almost takes the pain

out of froggin' out your mistakes :)

I'm just in love with the hand made lampwork beads.

I just listed all these treasures in my shop.

Whenever I list bags with Michelle Palmer's

Ah-mazing artwork,

they tend to sell out the same day.

I just want to keep them all!

I've decided to add custom scissor fobs

I had an email from a very special customer of mine

who asked me if I could make cup cozies

with artwork by Michelle Palmer

that could be made into a pin

that could be removed

and used on a jacket or scarf.

Seriously GENIUS!!!

So I contacted Michelle

and of course she amazed me again!

These little treasures measure 2" square.

How adorable on a scarf, hat or jacket?

What a neat gift idea for a friend.

I'm so happy that my customer is happy 

and she gave me a new idea!

It's a win win :)

I know it's still technically Summer,

but I love fall so much I just can't wait!

I can't get over Michelle Palmer's talent.

Makes it so hard to part with these beauties,
